**Tuesday Free Wine Tasting**  
Beginning October 15th, join us every Tuesday from 5-7pm for a complimentary wine tasting experience. Each week, we’ll feature 4-5 exceptional wines from renowned regions around the world, offering you the chance to explore different styles and flavors. Whether you're a wine enthusiast or just curious to learn more, our tastings are the perfect opportunity to expand your palate. Our knowledgeable staff will be on hand to guide you through each pour, answering questions and providing insights. Plus, if you find a new favorite, you can purchase a bottle to take home from our retail wine shop. It’s a fun, relaxed way to discover great wines—so bring a friend and sip, learn, and enjoy!

**Wednesday Wine & Wags**
Join us for Wine and Wags, our special doggie happy hour every [insert day of the week]! Treat your furry friends to homemade doggy wine and tasty snacks while you enjoy a $5 glass of wine. Bring your pup and unwind from 5 PM to 7 PM in a fun and relaxing atmosphere, connecting with fellow dog lovers. Don’t miss this delightful afternoon for both pets and their parents!

Jason DonnellyJ

 

Jason Donnelly embarked on his culinary career at 15 then graduated from Florida Culinary Institute in 1993 at the age of 20. In 2000, Jason relocated to NYC from Atlanta, first working for multiple Michelin starred chefs, both in the kitchen and dining room. During his experience in NYC, he transitioned to the cheese world and worked at renowned cheese shops and ran top cheese wholesale businesses. This is where he found his passion for cheese and sales. In 2015, he established the “American Cheese Company”, exporting US artisan cheese. With strategic partnerships in the Europe, Middle East, and Asia, Donnelly provides retailers and distributors his expertise in retail operations and sales. Coupled with his knowledge and passion for food, wine, and artisan cheese, he assists businesses succeed with both food operations and sales strategies.

John Shepherd

 

John Shepherd discovered his passion for the hospitality industry while living in San Francisco with his wife, Kira. Inspired by Kira’s enrollment at the California Culinary Academy, John pursued his own career and graduated with an Associate’s Degree in Culinary Arts from the Art Institute of Atlanta in 1998. Relocating to the island of Martha’s Vineyard in Massachusetts, the couple aimed to build a life immersed in the industry, leading John to open his first restaurant in 2000 and experience the challenges of ownership. Driven by his passion and desire for a deeper knowledge of the business, John furthered his expertise as an Executive Chef, Purchasing Agent, and successful entrepreneur, establishing multiple food-driven businesses. Taken his experience, he has the desire to open a chef-driven pizza concept in Greenville and beyond.
